Long description

The Ainigma sideboard is a piece that embraces its uniqueness. Where most sideboards feature straight lines and sharp angles, the Ainigma opts for curves — its rounded corners give it a soft, sculptural presence that catches the eye without overwhelming the space.

The solid medium-toned mango wood reveals all its natural warmth on the facades. Each door bears the marks of living wood — knots, grain variations, shades between golden brown and deep brown. No two Ainigma sideboards will ever be perfectly identical, and this is precisely what makes them so valuable. This controlled imperfection is the very essence of wabi-sabi aesthetics: beauty in the natural, the authentic, the imperfect.

The black iron base provides the necessary tension to the ensemble. Slender and discreet, it lifts the furniture off the ground, giving it a paradoxical visual lightness for a 170 cm sideboard. The contrast between warm wood and black metal is a classic mid-century style revisited through a more rustic and organic lens.

Its 4 doors offer considerable storage space — crockery, glasses, table linen, books, or decorative objects disappear behind clean facades that allow the room to breathe. The Ainigma is equally at home in a dining room, living room, or a spacious entrance hall.
