TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Bome website.

1. Orders and Payment

Any order placed on our website constitutes an offer to purchase.
It is only final after order confirmation sent by email and full payment of the price.
Prices displayed are in euros, inclusive of all taxes, excluding delivery charges and any customs duties.
Bome reserves the right to refuse any order for legitimate reasons (prior dispute, suspicion of fraud, etc.).

2. Delivery

Orders are delivered within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase (in business days).

Bome remains responsible for delivery until the package is actually handed over.
In the event of an abnormal delay, you may cancel the order in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

3. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise your right of withdrawal, without giving any reason.
Products must be returned in their original condition.
The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized products or products made to your specifications (Art. L.221-28).

4. Legal Guarantees

All products sold are covered by:

the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code),

and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).
Return or repair costs related to these guarantees are covered by us.

5. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, any customer may use a mediator free of charge to resolve a dispute amicably.

6. Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.
If you reside in another European Union country, you also benefit from the consumer protection rights provided by your national legislation.
The contract is concluded in French.
