The sales contract is formed upon Bome sending an order confirmation email. This email serves as both an acknowledgment of receipt and confirmation of the order. Contractual information will be archived and may be used as evidence, in accordance with Article L.213-1 of the French Consumer Code.
Please carefully review your order before submitting it, as Bome may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email address, billing address, and/or telephone number provided at the time of ordering.
