SHIPPING POLICY

We make every effort to ship and deliver your orders within the timeframe indicated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are expressed in business days and may vary depending on the chosen delivery method and your location.

In some cases, particularly when the carrier schedules an appointment, the delivery date may be adjusted based on your availability and that of the carrier.

In accordance with Article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, we remain responsible for the proper delivery of your order until it is actually handed over.

However, delays may exceptionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (inclement weather, strikes, transport incidents, or force majeure).
If this should happen, we will inform you as soon as possible and do everything we can to deliver your order promptly.

In the event of a significant delay not due to force majeure, you have the rights provided by law, including the option to cancel your order in accordance with Article L.216-2 of the French Consumer Code.

Risk is transferred to the customer upon actual delivery of the package.
